 First, thanks so much for taking in this sweet little one and giving her the love, care & attention she so deserves. I have no experience with this genetic disease, but am going to post your question out to several Crestie lists I'm on to see if anyone else has.

I will tell you about a new product I'm using. It's called Malacetic shampoo/conditioner (acetic acide & boric acid based). It's made by DermaPet and though I haven't been using it long, so far I am VERY impressed with it dealing with some skin issues (very minor in comparison to yours). You might talk with your vet about it.

Also, I assume that hypothyroidism has been ruled out, correct?
