Hi! Sorry to hear about your little guy's food issue. You could try "the Honest Kitchen" its a raw dehydrated (powdered/ground type) diet for dogs. It is highly palatable and a very VERY sound diet. (no wheat, corn or soy) they even have grain free kinds. check out there website honest kitchen.com or do a google search! Good Luck!
