I am afraid you are out of luck with Transmonde or ASE. ASE was doing warranty work for us TM owners until about a month ago and they have quit EVERYTHING associated with Transmonde. I can't help you with the technical stuff ... I just wanted to let you know that ASE would be no help at all. This bulletin board is about the closest thing you have to tech support. Good Luck,
