Their service request form is at http://www.aseusa.com/RMA_Request.htm. They used to have a list of the remaining inventory of Transmonde parts posted at http://www.aseusa.com/tt_accessory.htm, but that page now seems to be dead, so I guess the leftovers have all been used. The e-mail address for their service department is . They will respond to basic yes-or-no questions about what repairs they can perform, but they will not even answer tech support questions.
