So there's no solution to this so far (except kill USB ?)

Looks like reinstalling of APM drivers didn't work, but I'll try to charge it in Suspend-to-RAM mode if not then recalibrate it again.
BTW I remebmer that User's Guide says that Vivante SE complies with ACPI giudelines, but does it use them i.e. my Device Manager shows APM support, but you may find ACPI driver too. I don't really remeber what I have had in device manager before the recent repair.
Anyway now I got more serious problem, I posted it here too.

Oh, boy...looks like I'm really out of luck :(
