Hell, mine was absolutely unusable when it was
having fits. I was lucky to get a replacement in
late July...but every time I start the replacement up
there's that period of anxiety when I wonder whether the
flickering will return to haunt me again...

Two months of near-daily use and still no problems with
the replacement machine, tho. (I could have said the same
about the first 3 months with the original) I suppose I'd
suggest that if the problem bothers you enough, get it
fixed ASAP while the stock of parts is still high and the
techs are still familiar with the problems.
