While I enjoyed this episode and loved it from a historical prespective, I would have enjoyed it so much more if there had been a tie in w/ the JAG family I know and love. Without that tie I found I was less connected. It would have been a perfect vehicle to bring in Grandma Rabb or a tie to someone in the JAG family. How about giving AJ a father/ mother in WWII or bringing back Sturgis' father he was in WWII. A small connection would have turned this from a good episode to a great episode for me. Exactly my thoughts. I loved the job the actors did with the characters and it was a good story and a good tribute to Navy nurses. But it had no connection to our regular JAG and that gives it a disconnect feeling. GOCP was Harm's personal history, Mutiny was about a court case and our familiar characters were part of the action in the present. We needed some kind of tie to the real characters in the present.
