Great post, Michelle... Having an abortion is what I would expect Singer to do, however, this is JAG, and I don't think that they want to address the issue with a 2nd trimester abortion. Who knows though...I just hope that she changes her own mind rather than as a result of one of Harm's "sermons." Why would a Singer, who so "obviously" wants a long illustrious career any way she can get it, wait so long to get an abortion? It seems to show she's having mixed feelings. Cut-throat career women can be pro-life. They can also have mixed feelings, which is what I think Singer has. It seems she's been putting off any type of decision til the 'last minute'. And being on the carrier, just 'ignoring it', she hasn't had anyone to talk to/bounce ideas off of. What I won't beleive is Singer being so "in love" or "so carried away" to ever allow herself to get preggers int he first place. I loved this ep. Honest. Of course, I was disappointed that Sergei's the father, but I can handle that. I agree with everything Michelle wrote about Harm's behaviour. He wasn't looking into it for the Navy's interest, but because he wanted to know if his brother was going to be a father.
