THIS MESSAGE IS CONTINUED FROM "A BIG SUPRISE"BELOW ON THE BOARD Alli,Jess and Alan slid off their horses and began to take off the saddles.Lady stood calmly as Jess took off the saddle and the saddle pad.Honey on other hand pranced and danced around as Alli removed the saddle.Thunder pawed the ground and to tossed his head,but stayed in the same spot.They all proped their saddles up againest a tree.They all vaulted onto their horses backs.Honey walked forward when Alli only had one knee crooked over her back.Alli,laughing uncontrolably,her deep brown eyes snapping and her silky brown hair falling all over her face,made an un dignified wiggling action that brought her up top an upright position.Jess who had been trying not to laugh the whole time,burst into giggles her bright green eyes alioght with mirth.Alan luaghed along with them looking very happy."Anybody want to race"said Jess with grin"you bet"Alli flashed back happily."how about you alan?"Jess asked"what you think I'd miss the fun"said Alan"no way". They all lined up facing down the trail to the meadow."Go" shouted Alan.Jess slid her leg back and kicked,Lady shot forward at as fast a canter as she could without galloping(since you don't gallop gaited horses).Thunder did the same.Alli squeezed hard and Honey troted forward stubbornly.Lady and Thunder shot past her and she suddenly bolted forward like a bulet,covering ground at an amazing speed.The three horses raced neck and neck down the trail toward the meadow.Near the end thinder over took the 2 mareds and bounded ahead just before they came to the meadow. Alan brought Thunder back to walk and then a halt.Alli and Jess pounded up and halted berside Alan and Thunder...........
