Subject: Michigan (Midwest) Hoo Haa Author: Lisa [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 07:54:26 07/03/04 Sat Okay...Ann Arbor seems convenient for Becky, Mary F., and me...I checked into the Saline Celtic Fest and it's the weekend of July 10th which I can't make. :( The Michigan Renaissance Faire in Holly, Michigan is about 80 miles for me (Mary F., it's about 124 miles for you...I checked on Mapquest) and that's sometime in August/September if anyone is interested in that. Here's the link...this fest is absolutely a great one... http://www.michrenfest.com/ And if you want to meet for lunch in Ann Arbor some weekend that would be fun too. They have the Azure Mediterranian Grill (awesome food) and a seafood place called Mac's which is incredible. Any thoughts?!?!?!?!?!? Mary F. and I love the Common Grille in Chelsea as well for lunch. Subject Author Date Heard the Common Grille is fab. Chelsea would be doable for me if you guys didn't want to an overnighter thing, or even if you do! Cathy doesn't have email right now so I'll have to call her when we get this sorted out. We were just at the Common Grill and the food is incredible. Be forewarned, however, it's not inexpensive...but well worth it. If that's the plan, give me a date and I'll be there!
