The CD sounds great from the clips and I'm off to purchase it!! ''I like this band!!" says Paul McCartney, and if an endorsement from a knighted Beatle isn't enough, we think one listen to Revive, the Elektra debut album from Steadman, will earn your similarly enthusiastic affection. This quintet from Hastings, England started out making their demos in a pig shed with equipment borrowed from the Bay City Rollers, and ended up with The Sun's ''Album Of The Week'' two weeks in a row. 12 tracks. Subject Author Date If anyone watches the TV show "Smallville" on the WB (I LOVE this show!), there was an episode where Steadman played a song on the show. They sounded really good. ~Mary - do you know why Eric is not involved anymore? Just curious...Thanks! The new album was recorded here in the states with major label backing, so they no longer needed someone to loan them equipment. It's a great CD though, I highly recommend it! Hi ~Mary!!! Eric did produce 2 tracks on their first album, but that was all. Second, Cathy I've never seen the show...What's TV?! One of the guys in Steadman said they didn't agree with Eric on some production level, but DID like his 2 tracks. Again an assumption, but I think they both went separate ways after, no hard feelings.
