As a regular attendee of the event, I was front and center to hear his message. Obama can exhale (he probably has been 'waiting' to do so) because Wright didn't say anything damning. At least not damning in the sense that Fox News can use. But he did focus on something very interesting to our circle. And I'm Dying to get your take on it. The Reverend was adamant about reforming the way in which our youngsters are educated. He said that black children should not be 'subject' to the 'object' style of European learning. This from a man who championed the NAACP's role in desegregating the schools. He said that they succeeded in that role but not in 'integrating' the schools. And now he wants the educational system to conform to the principles he claims will give black children a chance to achieve on the same level as white children. So let me get this straight: you wanted access to the white schools and NOW you want to change the white schools. I'll never have to worry about any of this shit. My daughter will be attending a little something called CATHOLIC SCHOOL!!! Irregardless, if, as the Rev. claims, we are different: why not desegregate? To differentiate? To stop the rapes on forced inter-racial dates. Stop the hate. Integrate!!! OH YEAHH!!!!! JESUSSSSSSSSS!!! JEEEEEEEEEESUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!
