There have been some really good points stated here,and I agree any breeder can have a bad dog pop up. But the bottom line is this. When the dog showed signs of the problem the breeder should have been contacted regardless. If you want help or for them to make it right you need to inform them and not after the fact.

I feel for Jess and Ed as it's not easy losing a pet. But it seems John was never given the chance to corret the problem whether the dog had bad nerves or not.
