Subject: BUYER BEWARE OF BB BREEDER IN SCOTLAND

Sorry to add to this discussion rather late but it has only just been brought to my attention.
The breeder in question is Sandra Brownlie of Sandaharr Boerboels.
It took me nearly a year to get my pups birth certificates into my name, this is because Sandra registers all her litters in her name so the certificates come back to her as owner and breeder, even though the ignorant puppy owner has handed over their hard earned cash for their pup.
Then you have to get a letter from Sandra transferring the pup into your name and pay extra costs for the transfer.
Some I know never got their letter of transfer this means their dog will always remain in Sandra's name.
I was lucky I wasn't ignorant and made sure I got a transfer letter, but it still took time and money.
The correct way of doing this is for the breeder to send the registrations in the new owners name (obviously if they have this information), then the certificates come back without having to be transferred or more money paid out.
Has anyone else had any problems with this breeder?? Jan
