What a shame Rachel D. is not represin another state, I'd advise henting Maryland in September. I don't know her but saw her competed on final night and she was the best on that stage. Too bad this program is too corrupt to recognize her. If she qualifies to compete er to run to that state. -- Miss Maryland Talk Board
