If goku killed superman, he would not come back. superman is super strong,he is superfast,he can shoot eyebeams and fly.However, goku is ultrastrong,he moves faster than superman can even see,he can blow up three planets with building-size fireball,he can fight alot hell of alot better than superman, and superman's punchs would barely have any effect on goku other than to make him mad as hell,which would make superman dead as hell.

Ok lets think about this. Superman doesn't have the power to blow up a planet. Goku on the other hand has this power even when he is not a Super Saiyan. Then there is the speed. Superman is faster than a speeding bullet. But everyone knows that the Flash is faster than Superman because he can run just barely as fast as the speed of light. Superman even acknowledges this. Goku in his weaker and slower days far exceded the speed of light. Again he achieved this without becoming a Super Saiyan. Goku could tear superman to pieces like it was nothing and Superman wouldn't even be able to scratch Goku. However, Goku being the nice guy that he is, if the two ever fought, Goku would put himself on Superman's level, let him get in a few punches then beat Superman in the final round. Afterwards Goku would help Superman to his feet and lie to him by telling Superman that he put up a good fight when in actuality, Goku could clobber Superman without lifting a finger, literally.

This fight largely depends on which Goku we're talking about. Remember that Goku's story spans about 35 years (he was 47 at the end of DBZ) and his power grows during each story arc (starting from when he was 12).

Although little Goku was a tough kid, he wasn't in Superman's league. DBZ Goku is a little more in the right ballpark, but the winner would be determined by which story arc version you're talking about.

Saiyan Saga: This version of Goku, while still faster and more skilled than Superman, would have a hard time winning due to Superman's other powers.

Freeza Saga: This version of Goku fights on virtually an even footing with Superman, up until he goes Super Saiyan (SSJ), where he is suddenly beyond Superman's capacity to beat.

Cell Saga: This version of Goku intruduces teleportation and imperfect SSJ2.

Buu Saga: This version of Goku introduces SSJ3.

Wait...Go back to the Saiyan Saga. Remember when Piccolo tried to shoot Raditz with the special beam cannon and Raditz dodged it? What did Piccolo say? Piccolo said that for Raditz to have dodged his special beam cannon Raditz had to have been faster than the speed of light. Again Superman acknowledges that he is not this fast. Yet when Vegeta came to earth (whom we all know is much more powerful and faster than Raditz) Goku was holding his own against him which means that Goku himself far exceeded the speed of light. So lets go ahead and give the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe superman would have been stronger that Goku during the Vegeta saga. It wouldn't have mattered because Goku would have been so fast, there is no way superman would have even been able to keep up with him. And we know Goku even as a kid could tear apart steel. Superman is known as the man of steel. Now imagine a force powerful enough to tear through steel going faster then the speed of light. Goku going that fast, reguardless of how tough Superman's skin is, would have torn through Superman like a hot knife through butter.
