Looking up from my dinner, I tried to see Teke. I didn't see her anywhere.

Sprinting for my room to grab all my equipment, I noticed out the window, a horse and rider headed out of town fast.

Aww, darn. Late again. I threw my boiled leather armor over my tunic and buckled my sword on over my back and headed back down the stairway to the back door coming out at the stables.

Throwing the saddle on the nasty tempered black mare I had finally found after much searching, I leaped up to her back and spurred her off through the town. I could hear the yells and curses following me as I stirred up so much dust as I left.
