Arent the Democrats in charge now with a majority in both houses and a filibuster proof majority? The Reps cant to diddly right now without the Dems. The Reps are lame duck until at the least the next election.

I would also like to point out what are called 'strong arm tactics" are the same stinking tactics the Dems are using right now. They know they have a majority and they dont want ANY Republican input.. they let them have their say but thats all just for show.

Im not complaining, the Reps had their chance to make a difference and squandered it. But I dont see how the Reps can destroy Medicare right now when they dont hold any power.. or at the most.. very very little power.
