::Stopping, she gestured to the trees on their right. From them emerged two horses, one black and one grey. The ebony gelding carried a rider, dressed similarly to Aeryon. He was a tall man, faring a couple of inches above his sister. the same coloured hair and eyes accented his strait, angular features::

'My brother, Tristian.'

::Aeryon said pointedly as she mounted her smokey-silver steed. Their saddles were small, with a message satchel strapped to the foremost point. The horses themselves had long, muscular legs and thick, elongated necks. Clearly designed for endurance and speed. But what else would a messenger ride? Aeryon looked back down at Parathras, holding out her arm for him climb up behind her::
