It was not a bad time to go hunting, and instead of turning to his own area for food, the old Farthing Wood Fox headed straight for the Neutrel ground. At least here there were fewer animals that knew the oath and indeed knew the password to stop him from eating them. In fact, by luck the elder fox was able to catch a large rat without much hassle and turn around to head home. It was then however as he paced around a clearing that was free of snow, that Fox spotted the little pup. He paused, snorted to himself, and then sat down to inspect the little animal.
