Seeing Dr. Morpheus dive under his desk, Keiko was torn between the conflicting desire to leave (having dishonorably trespassed in the doctor's home without an invitation), and stay (to make certain the doctor didn't keel over from a heart attack--much like the one she thought he was having earlier when she saw him slipping on the ice in front of his house). After a moment's reflection, she opted for the latter.

"Oh, you poor man," Keiko said soothingly, kneeling down next to Dr. Morpheus and taking one of his hands in hers; "I'm not actually a figment of your imagination. Gomen nasai; I shouldn�t have deceived you that way...

"But I know what you need," Kei continued, attempting to guide Dr. Morpheus back into his chair, and straighten up the papers she'd caused him to fling all over the room, "a nice cup of tea; that always makes me feel better. Do you have a teapot in your kitchen? I�ll go make you some if you'd like..."
