responsible for damages when the homeowner's trees fall on the homeowner's house, who is? You cry a lot about the high winds and heavy rains you regularly get, knowing that high winds topple trees, particularly when the ground is saturated. Get real. Don't plant tall trees within reach of the house. This is not rocket science.
