...but that was just pooh-poohed by the bought-and-paid for advocates of anthro induced global warming. Hell, they were predicting an even worse hurricane season this year based on their stupid models.

Even though real meteorlogical scientists, who aren't receiving lucre from lefty controlled foundations, knew El Nino would have exactly this effect.

Those alarmists advocates just can't have it both ways. And they should admit they can't attribute either last and this year numbers of hurricanes to a trend in agw.

And I am well aware that the Atlantic hurricane basin isn't the only one, it's just the one that the bought-and-paid-for alarmists tried to exploit to influence the Democratic Party's prospects in the mid-term.
