Yeah I’m sorry and i mean this as gently as possible, but you are part of the problem. Im not sure what you expected would happen.
I own a similar school- as you called it, unconnected and small. I’m the sole tcrg.
But you know what? I love my school. I pour my life and soul into these kids. I teach like Fred Rogers is standing over my shoulder. My kids are happy, adjusted, and KIND humans. If we don’t have national qualifiers I really couldn’t care less. My students will go to their graves remembering Irish dancing as a positive phase in their life and will hopefully pass on this beautiful art form to their kids and continue sharing it with their classmates, friends, neighbors, family.

We are waiting out the storm of the hideousness and ugliness caused by selfish arrogant teachers and judges. Nothing changes for us. We will continue on as usual :)
