 I highly doubt anybody is going to take legal action based on an opinion shared on a forum that is EXTREMELY niche.

With that said, Waylon did state in his book that Buddy was getting sick of being "true blue."

What was stated in the deleted post has been said by enough people close to Buddy to be essentially fact rather than speculation at this point, IMO.
