"I'll assign you your post later Ensign. We're kinda busy right now." The Captain looks at the viewscreen.

"Right. I'll be in my quarters sir." He nods and I pick up my bag and go to find my room.

I find my quarters and sigh. It's going to take a while to make it look like home. At least the bed looks comfortable.

I sit on my couch and bring out my pad to go over some stuff. I see that Flint has been around. He probably doesn't remember me. We met in a bar a few years ago. I was just a kid then. I felt so bad for him, the scar. I tried to talk to him, but he didn't want to make friends. Oh well. I don't want to be friends with him now anyway. I'm not going to let anything jeopardise my career.

PS. Josh still hasn't given me a response, but i'm so anxious to start RPGing...
