Subject: GS Week 10 Challenge

I decided to switch my Week 4 and Week 10 challenges. Checking out my journal I realized that in the last three weeks I have never gone passed my points. I never used my bank points nor my activity points. Thus I thought at this point Week 4 Challenge isn’t going to be much of a challenge for me. However, Week 10 is. I tried yoga, as part of Week 2 Challenge and promised myself to try it again. I haven’t done it. I am doing cardio exercises and strength training, so I really need to stretch my muscles, and thus Week 10 Challenge is a great challenge for me for this week.

Followed "Beginner's Stretch Routine" from workoutsforwomen.com. It took about 15 minutes.

Stretched for five minutes after spinning class & did five minutes of Pilates.

I had a slow start on this challenge but it did got picked up in the last two nights! Last night I repeated the same DVD I did during the second week challenge but this time I followed the intermediate instructor and I liked it! It seems that the beginner was to beginner for me and I got bored to the point that I didn’t do yoga for over two weeks! But intermediate one is just right. I think it is very important to exercise to ones level. Anyway, I liked the routines so much that I repeated it tonight. I am going to follow this instructor for couple of more times and then switch to advanced instructor. Thus, for my reward this week I am going to get myself a yoga book and read on the poses. The instruction on the DVD is good but I think I like to know exactly all the dos and don’ts of each pose. Thus I am going to give myself 10 on this challenge!
