30 Year Class Reunion
Yes, it’s that time… Sharing memories with friends and classmates, good times and laughter (have we been out of high school for 30 years)! We need help from all of you with this Reunion Weekend, June 3 & 4, 2005. Here’s the info you need to help us and to make those plans to have a great time:
Friday Evening – June 3, 2005
The Place: Around the Bend,
8380 Eckhert Rd.
Time: 6:30 PM
Cost: $5.00
Food Provided
Beer, Wine and Cocktails Available
Karaoke Contest with prizes… and Lots of Fun & Laughter!
Saturday Evening – June 4, 2005 (Casual Dinner/Dance)
The Place: Scenic Loop Café, 25615 Boerne Stage Rd.
Time: 7pm-8:30 Dinner
§ 8:30-? Dance/Party
Cost: Dinner $19.75 per person
Cost: Dance/Party Only $10.00 per person
**** Here’s the important part, we need help with:
Phone calls – calling fellow classmates to encourage them to participate and help find other classmates
Decorations – help plan and decorate both evening functions
Fundraising (this is a biggie people!) – Last time we made money for the mail outs and other expenses by:
· Selling koosee’s, t-shirts, etc.
· The Golf Tournament and Hole Sponsorship
· Lots of very generous cash contributions from anonymous classmates and some not so anonymous
Welcoming/Greeting at both functions, checking names & checking payments
Doing mail outs, stuffing envelopes, etc.
Printing – production, nametags, signage, etc.
