There lies the problem - we don't have enough residents willing to be active in helping. So we make the best decision we can at the time, given the information we have and the facts as we know them. We will now see what happens and if there are still problems. While I understand your position and respect your opinion, I don't feel that the HOA doing nothing is a better solution than the one we have chosen. I know that taking the goals out would anger some, would make some happy, and then generally I think the majority of the residents probably don't care and are unaware of issues going on in the park area. As for transparency - the HOA meetings are open to all home owners. I invite you to come and attend when you can. We hope that more people visit the official Willoughby-Station.com web site, but right now, not every home in the community is registered there, so we do the best we can at notifications. We even e-mail the newsletter and minutes out, as long as you are registered. If I can help in any other way - please let me know.
