N+D have two ex Arriva Citybuses (B138/9 GAU). Neither have been repainted, and arent likely to be either. They have N+D names applied to them, and are only used on Schools services.

They purchased them at Christmas, as they needed more deckers for extra School Contracts (won from Arriva!!).

I know what you mean about the plasticy look on the DAFs and Darts. The new Scanias that Trent have are similar. The interior of the Optare Excels have material on the walls and the ceiling, which the takes the plasticy effect off in my opinion.
