Date Posted: 11:28:02 12/02/05 Fri In reply to: Josh 's message, "Forthcoming Trent Barton changes" on 17:04:37 12/01/05 Thu I'm quite pleased about the changes to the 107 service, as I use this service to visit relatives in the Ashbourne area, I think Optare Excels or perhaps new Scanias (its mainly run by a Excel in Trent Barton livery but as of late theres been Trent Barton Scanias). I'm expecting Trent Barton will be painting some Excels or Scanias in Red Arrow colours - quite a number of low floor vehicles have been working the route much like the Transpeak. The Notts+Derby Borrowash service will not be accepting Zig-zag tickets according the website. As for the Arriva Citybus, from my observation the Northern Counties bodied Citybus's look "higher", i've noticed one of the C reg examples pulling out of the bus station at full speed one day and its left wheels lifted off the ground. How many versions of the citybus chassis were produced? Because i'm fairly sure the E reg NC bodied and ex-london citybus's sound different to the older examples. Does anyone have a link to a site with indepth detail about the chassis? [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
