Thanks for your posting.

However, my terror is BECAUSE of embodiment, not through a lack of it. I don't feel this terror will ever move on - how could it? Every day my body faces death, attack, the possibility of illness, people blowing up in my face with their raw anger etc. This is my terror - a daily, living, BODILY reality. I'm not saying it won't abate at times, for example if I'm in a truly loving environment. Although even then I am not immune to the attack of phenomena and the twists of fate that may befall my body at any time.

PLEASE don't say "you're holding me", because you are NOT. Not physically - which is where I really need to be held. I have chastised a number of people in this work for telling me they are holding me - what the hell does that mean? No, I want and need a physical body here to hold my physical body in all its fear and terror. To truly let me come all the way down.
