Cassie, thank you for that sharing.
I'm not really shy, but I listen to all of you who seem to have made it through second birth, and tend to feel like I have so little to offer yet, since I am struggling with the gestation part of my work.

I loved my first WD--until the second day when Sandra suggested we try touch therapy, and nominated me the first candidate. I had experienced some group sensitivity work in the '70s, and had come away from that experience more reluctant to be touched than ever before! Plus I'm 52, a little substantial in the waist myself (as well as other bodily areas!) and held a lot of judgement issues about my body.
THat session was the best thing that ever happened to me! I'm so much more comfortable in my body now...but I must say, I envy anyone who can yell out in a group---I still suffer from early family prohibitions about making noise and attracting attention in public.

So maybe I am shy about putting myself out here, after all.
Still, all of you are my spiritual family, so I guess I need to come out of my own secrecy closet, right?

Thanks for listening.
