Ho, Ellen! Thanks for joining us! And welcome to the family, and as I say that I actually feel I don't fully have the right to be the one welcoming you..although I'm sure no one would disagree....because some folks have been part of this for so much longer, although we haven't heard from very many of them for a while. (Where are you guys? Am I talking too much?)

And it is not at all plainly obvious whether you have 2B-ed or not....but thanks for speaking to that....do you recall that Saniel says it is actually good to hang out for a while pre-awakening and not "pop through" too fast? He maintains this allows us to develop the discriminative function sufficiently that we have (what I think of as....) some inner online help during the Shakedown. Anyway I am so glad you have joined us here. Find yourself a good chair on this porch, pull up to the porch rail and watch the weather with me. It's real pretty here sometimes!
