Well lovey you've got nothing on me, I've been totally greenlighting my addictiveness for 62 years and even more so after my 2B. Sigh.

What is this greenlighting? I am coming to see that what I greenlight are addictions that enable me to avoid feeling the pain and the terror of the core wound. How about greenlighting the wound? Oh no not that! That hurts!

But what is most amazing of all to me is how the mind colludes with all this and makes it all OK and even "good". Whew!

I guess I said all this before but your response is helping me to clarify it more now. Thank you, thank you!
