Cassie, you are a great poet. Longfellow would be proud to express himself in such a beautiful way. You are correct to ask how do we love, hold each other. How do we communicate if we abide in not knowing? I don't know, but we do. Everything we are and do originates in the not knowing, the silence of Being. Not knowing is not limited. This is where we must let the mind learn to trust. I hold no disdain for the mind. It is a miracle, a wonder in its function. It's just that we try to use it in ways it was never meant to be used, to find answers to questions there are no answers for.. We have this compulsion to know everything so we can feel secure. But the truth is, we are not secure. The mind is part of the whole miricle of Being. When you were discribing resting in the body and the way it felt, the mind was still working. You could feel all of what you discribed and still be able to ask, how is this possible? All questions of this nature come from and are only a differnt form of "Who Am I"? It is only when we can rest in not knowing that we get a sense of who we are. Then we can find our way through the maze of our programming and ideas of what we are to the actual recognition. All of this doubt and questioning was a big part of my shakedown too. It just happened earlier in my process. Love you, Ben
