Police buzz around everywhere as Dawn and Connor stand on the sidewalk

I don’t know but it was not pretty okay – something big and nasty is coming, I mean, have you noticed the complete amount of demons these past few months despite our supposed banishment?
CONNOR
Well yeah but a whole bunch came through from Quo’Tarth
DAWN
So how do they keep on coming?
CONNOR

DAWN

CONNOR
The ones we didn’t kill are obviously vamping people
DAWN
They weren’t vampires

No, but they’re probably mixing their blood to make people into demons just less demony demons
DAWN

It’s bad that people would’ve died but it’s not so bad in the sense that the demons that weren’t directly from Quo’Tarth – the ones that got made, they’ll be half as strong

Andrew comes out from upstairs having spent every second since Korben went to the bathroom in there – that was five hours ago.

Andrew smiles and walks out to the back

INT – FAITHS ROOM – NIGHT
Faith is tossing and turning yet again.

Faith is wondering the streets again as demons charge around the place – a blinding purple light shines on the horizon – Faith walks over to it almost in a trance
The world around her begins to spin as she finds herself in the halls of the slayer academy in England.
The doors are blood stained with holes in the walls. Willow walks out in front of her – one side of her face is completely cut up from claws
FAITH
Your face…
WILLOW
It didn’t hurt
Willow opens her jacket to reveal a large hole
WILLOW
I was already dead
FAITH
Who did this?
TARA
You silly
Faith turns to see Tara leaning in the door way
FAITH
Why aren’t you coming out here?
TARA
I can’t, I misplace my legs
FAITH
You…huh?
Tara wilts her neck down as demon crashes through the doorway holding the top, legless half of her body. He drops it and smacks Faith who lands in the lobby at Wolfram & Hart.
FAITH
Did I miss a real big barbecue?
The walls are burnt and there’s a large hole in the floor
ANGELUS
What are you doing here?
FAITH
Could ask you the same thing ash
ANGELUS
Hell on earth idiot – I belong here
FAITH
What?
He boots Faith in the stomach – she lands in the Boston graveyard, it’s raining.
Faith looks up at Connor’s grave, it’s next to Maria’s, Dawn’s, Thalia’s and Ryan’s.
FAITH

Faith stands and turns around slowly to see the entire city of Boston has gone – darkness remains. She walks back to the purple horizon and looks through
FAITH
I know this place…
She reaches into the portal and falls down a never-ending hole.
Faith wakes up in bed, Jones is holding her down by the shoulder
JONES
Faith what’s wrong?
Faith stares back at him – shaking.
JONES
You were practically dancing in bed
Faith stares at him and leaps out of bed, grabbing her coat.
CUT TO.
EXT – BOSTON STREET – NIGHT
Jones, who hasn’t had time to find a shirt and is still doing up his pants – follows Faith out into the street.
JONES
Where are you going?
Faith completely ignores him and continues walking
CUT TO.
EXT – BOSTON GRAVEYARD – NIGHT
JONES
Faith why are we here?
She continues walking to the field behind the graveyard before stopping dead in her tracks
JONES
Faith what is it?
She touches the air around her
JONES
Are you sleep walking?
FAITH
What? No…something…this place it was in my dream
JONES
That’s freaky because?
FAITH
Everyone was dead and Boston had been burnt down by demons
JONES
Okay that’s not nice
FAITH
Hence the freak out
JONES
You didn’t eat that cheese did you because it’s not Stilton, it’s just gone blue
FAITH
I’m scared
JONES
Faith’s scared – never thought I’d see the day
Faith turns to him and looks him in the eye
JONES
You really are scared
(looks over her shoulder)
Is it because of that?
Faith turns to see an enormous demon holding leftovers of a person in it’s hands.
It grins as it spits a ball of fire between them – both diving out of it’s way.
CUT TO.
INT – DAWNS LOUNGE – NIGHT
Dawn wakes up with a large scatch down her face.
Dawn scans what would be the room, instead there’s Asia’s dead body and a collapsing building. She blinks hard and everything returns to normal.
END OF PART THREE
EXT – GRAVEYARD – NIGHT
FAITH
Jones!
Faith shoves him out of the way and leaps into the demon, holding his neck hard and twisting it round. The demon falls to the ground dead.
FAITH
You okay?
JONES
I’m okay, you?
FAITH
Five by five
JONES
I’m starting to share that bad feeling…
CUT TO.
INT – MARIA’S – NIGHT
Maria is up in the kitchen looking less than healthy – she’s still pale as she pours a glass of water.
MARIA
Stupid Faith
Maria falls to the ground, smashing the glass as she begins shaking.
CUT TO.
EXT – GRAVEYARD – NIGHT
Faith is still breathless as her cell begins ringing, Jones takes it for her
JONES
Hello?
DAWN
Good you’re up – can I come over?
JONES
I think that’ll be a good idea, we have to talk – all of us
CUT TO.
INT – FAITHS APARTMENT – NIGHT
Andrew, Dawn, Connor, Jones and Korben are sat along the chairs
FAITH
Who’s the guy?
KORBEN
I’m Korben
ANDREW
He’s joining the mission
FAITH

KORBEN
Not really, but I’m not afraid to go some in a fight
FAITH
Then you’re in – did anyone call Maria?
DAWN
She didn’t pick up, one of not many that sleep at 3am.

She can catch up. Here’s the sitch, I’ve been having these wicked crazy dreams of late – dreams about all of you guys being dead and these big nasty ass demons burning the city down
DAWN
Slayer dreams
FAITH
Way Slayer and I know you’ve had them too, these dreams have been leaving me with cuts and bruises and tonight, Jones and I were lucky enough to meet one of the stars for real
DAWN
Are you okay?
FAITH
I’m cool, but this dudes breath aint. He’s big and strong and he breathes fire – luckily he’s slow and dumb too. I kill him easy but there’s going to be more
CONNOR
More?
FAITH
Way more and its because of us
DAWN
Us?
FAITH
That little spell we done that banished all the demons then opened the door to Quo’Tarth that we then closed…well, if my dreams are right they’re all about to burst back open with more bubbles than before
Faith looks down then steps up
FAITH
If we don’t figure this out…it’s the end of the world.
