Subject: The strength in depth is so rare for us. I was thinking about how we've managed it and seem to have kept the subs happy enough to not be demanding a transfer. And I wonder if its why Marco always makes a lot of subs with 25 mins to go, some of which seem unneccessary and cost us points eg West Ham. Could be he's not thinking about what is best in that game, but more long term about keeping the 'reserve team' feel part of the first team. It seems to have worked so far if that is the case.
