Subject: Definitely one that FST and FAB could work collaboratively with FFC on to rebalance the equation. WHU is now the 3rd London away game in a couple of months with no Loyalty Points in the sale (after Palace and Chelsea). That's not a one-time cock-up, rather a deliberate decision by FFC. So what's their thinking? Need to get at that and go from there
