Subject: Sounds ridiculously cold-blooded, but now's the time to talk to him about a contract extension. The timing could not be worse for him as he enters the window where he can sign a pre-contract. Very possible that Castagne makes the position his own and Kenny doesn't get to put himself in the shop window much before his contract expires. We should pounce on that uncertainty.
