Subject: If there are 50 grooming gangs and let's say an average of 10 in each gang, that's a total of 500 perpetrators. That offenders list didn't appear to have any of them. If they are all in jail presently then the grooming shouldn't be happening still - but it is.i would suggest that not many of them have faced justice. The relevant authorities have admitted they were more concerned about race relations than pursuing justice, so of course the Asian groomers are not on the sex offenders list.
