Subject: Well, that all depends on the contract (does the contractor get a % of sales?) and how are sales reported (by value or volume; easy to fiddle the latter and pocket any excess without reporting it)? I haven't lost out personally, I just told them to sort themselves out and walked away without buying anything. But something is very wrong IMO
