Subject: Transferring digital ticket

It says you can pass your ticket to someone in your 'Friends/Family Network'.
But to add someone to your list, they need an FFC membership number or client number (website says you have to write to the ticket office to get one).
Can you no longer simply invite a mate to the game without going through this enormous f-ing faff?
