Subject: Agree the manager takes some responsibility here. But sometimes managers make sub-optimal decisions trying to keep a squeaky wheel happy. Ultimately, yes, that is on the manager not standing up to the unhappy person. But it's also on the squeaky wheel who needs to prove himself. Andreas was clearly nervous taking that penalty & those nerves were almost certainly increased because of his immature outburst. Act a fool, take the consequences.
