The drive to find just such a treatment, well, that had gotten him into more trouble than one individual ought to have on his record! But what would one more offense hurt? A faint purr starting up under the touch of her hand, he quieted it quickly, frozen by the power of her closeness, the edge in his grin softening, melting at the thought of what just such a 'warming' might include though his words were still velvet with humor, rich with teasing encouragement.
