First off you are human and we all have those days when our kids push every one of our buttons and we snap. No, we aren't proud of behaving that way but if we were perfect we wouldn't do anything wrong every right? Well we aren't perfect!

I'm not sure if you want advise or just support in general. Sometimes I'm too quick with advise when all people really want is general support.

You had a bad day but I really think you redeemed yourself with your son when you kissed him goodbye even though you didn't feel like it. He knows you love him and it's really a testament to your parenting that you gave him what he really needed, your love no matter what.

If you want some advise let me know. I had typed a whole page of advise and then lost it trying to post.
