our favorite meals.. keep in mind though that ours arent fancy at all.. Ill just post a sample menu and if you need a recipe for any of it, let me know..
ginger

1.crockpot creamy italian chicken served over rice.. can add a salad and veggie

2. crock pot bbq meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and corn

3. hamburger storganoff over egg noodles.. served with veggies

4. steak cooked on my george foreman grill with noodle roni stuff and a veggie.. (we bought part of a cow so have quite a few steaks in the freezer)

5. roast in the crock pot with carrots, potatoes and onions.. served with bread and butter or rolls.. and gravy (again, part of that cow)

6. roast in the crockpot with bbq sauce served on buns ..bbq beef sandwiches. with french fries or chips (dont mind having roast 2 days in a week because its 2 totally different flavors)

7. tacos.. we usually just have tacos alone but you could also make spanish rice, refried beans, etc..

8. chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, rolls

9. roast in the crock pot with fajita seasoning.. can also use chicken.. then shred and put in flour tortillas and make fajitas.. serve with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc..

10. hamburgers on the george foreman .. with fries or chips.

11. we make egg rolls and have them for dinner.. they have the meat, and veggies inside them so it covers most bases and its fun to eat.

12. taco salad.. make taco meat, put on crushed tortilla chips, with cheese, tomatoes, etc etc serve in bowls... kids like it with sour cream on it.

13. pizza night.. we dont do this often but we do occasionally have a pizza night and order in or make our own... i make dough in the bread machine. (we also like to make small ones, fold them in half and fry them...its sort of like a fried calzone)

14. spaghetti with salad, veggie and garlic bread.

15. sheperds pie

hopefully something in here will sound good to you.. i know theyre not healthy .. if Angelina sees your post Im sure she will have lots of good ideas for you!

for us, we make a 2 weeks menu, then buy the foods and take something out every morning or the night before .. i put my meats into the crockpot frozen and that saves me time..

good luck!
ginger
