Recruiting (PLEASE READ AND COMMENT)

I want to throw a thought out there... Please comment...

Should we actively recruit new members to the guild to increase our size?
-Should we actively advertise or ask our members to actively invite other members to the guild after grouping with them?

Do we want to stay a small guild? Or do we want to grow larger?
-We have a great family right now and everyone is great... Should we maintain the size?
-Larger guilds have more options, experience, and can plan more raids etc?

IMPORTANT QUESTION: HOW IMPORTANT ARE RAIDS TO YOU GUYS?

Please reply with your comments so the officers know your feelings and can discuss them.
