I think recruiting new people is a good idea, as long as we stick to our recruiting rules so we dont wind up with some dork that will give us a bad name. A larger guild would give many of us more options, more people to group with at different times; i.e. like me because Im usually only on late at night 'til the wee hours of the morn and it's hard to find guildies to group with at 2 am alot of times. Plus if there were more lower levels, say 25 to 40, it could help out for our alts to group/do an adv. So I say Hell Yeah!
As for Raids, Im usuallly never on when they happen, so they aren't all that important to me... But thats just me.
