Dear Prommers,

I am a music student from Sweden writing an essay on the Proms and I have a question I hope some one could help me with: the fountain. I know it comes from George Cathcart and was at first seen in the Queen's Hall, and that it moved with the Proms in to the RAH. But I don't recall ever seeing a fountain in the arena on my (few) visits to the RAH. Does the fountain still exist? Only during the Proms? Only during certain concerts? And where is/was it placed? Hope someone will enlighten me, maybe add some small detail in the story of the Proms. //Zan
